Rubber Expansion Joint

Rubber expansion joints are used as the compensator in rigid piping systems. Allowing maximum deflection, elongation and compression, rubber expansion joints are the perfect choice to absorb movements, compensate for pipe misalignment, and reduce vibration and system noise.

Displacement and Deflection

Rubber joint is used to absorb movement of axial compression or elongation from thermal expansion or shrinkage of a piping system.

Rubber joint can protect also the system from either lateral or angular movement caused by one-side force on the flange.
